At Songmont, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all dust bags, tags, and protective hardware films are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Return

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
