What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

To maintain the shape and finish, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. We recommend using a soft, dry cloth for cleaning and applying a leather conditioner every 6 months.
